SOCIAL GAMING MARKETING + SOCIAL MEDIA DESIGN Social gaming has made a statement in 2014. Hangout Music Festival is one example of how millennials today are participating in the digital space of social gaming. We had to come up with rewards and bold layouts that would be sure to excite the thousands of Hangout fans.
Creating copy that was within the same brand voice as the messaging on the Hangout site came naturally and was a lot of fun. The call to action "Get your friends excited" has an instant appeal to fun-loving music goers. As for the graphics, we also made sure to stick to the look and feel of the campaign.
This wasn't the winning color variation but we have to throw this in since you can feel the sunshine coming through the photo, ahhhhh. You're welcome.
